Lake California Property Owners Association, Inc. maintain and manage the Common Area within the Lake California planned development which is located in the County of Tehama.

Lake California is a water-oriented community situated in one of Northern California's most scenic areas. Water, power, telephone and private paved roads are in and paid for, in most areas: sewers are in some of the units. For security, Lake california has a gate which is manned 24 hours a day. Another feature included at Lake california is a 3,200 foot airstrip.
