Hidden quietly in a quaint rural neighborhood is one of Red Bluff's best kept secrets. Pizza and beer, or just plain "Good" company is what you'll find at E's Locker Room, not to mention the most relaxed atmosphere anywhere. Sitting on the bank of the seasonable Lake Red Bluff, E's overlooks clear blue water and the trees of beautiful Dog Island Park. Elmer Fries and his wife Babs own and operate the business as a pizza restaurant.

Opening evenings and most weekends, E's is widely known as NASCAR head quarters. You will almost always find a Pace or Golf Tournament on Television, or for the more competitive spirit, an occasional horse shoe match or putting competition. Active in the community, Elmer and Babs support kids as well as sponsor and participate in many local events. As a favorite place of many Red Bluff locals, stories of the latest adventure and conversation adds to the charm of this most unique place.

E's Locker Room is located in a building which was for years a boat shop. The grandfather boat ramp can still be seen. Although not presently in use the well warn path still leads fisherman and river rafters to and from the Sacramento River.
