Roy Gould, of Gould Properties owns and manages the building. As a member of the Red Bluff Historic Association, he is interested in the preservation of old buildings. Roy's childhood memories recall his parents going to dances in the grand old building and he intends to restore the upstairs into a dance studio and hall for public and private gatherings.

Roy looks forward to completing his remodeling project and making the building useful again. Born and raised in Red Bluff, Roy is proud to be a local businessman. He graduated High School in Red Bluff and continued his education at Shasta and Chico Colleges. Roy specializes in land development.
