Historic Downtown Red Bluff

Red Bluff is located in the Sacramento Valley which is in the northern half of the Great Central Valley of California. Mountains surrounding the city on three sides form a huge horseshoe. The Coastal range is located about 30 miles west, the Sierra Nevada system about 40 miles to the east, and the Cascade range about 50 miles northeast and north, completeing the horseshoe. The western portion of the valley floor is composed of oak and grass woodland range.

Red Bluff is home to the North State's best rodeo, a popular bull and gelding sale, boat drag races, two annual parades, summer concerts in the park, a performing arts center and a community center.

William B. Adobe State Historical Park was authorized as a state historical monument and other historical buildings leave Red Bluff graced with history.
